Leila Kiani is the Recruitment and Engagement Coordinator at Norpro. Leila’s focus is to attract top talents through effective recruitment strategies and to enhance employee retention by engaging and making current employees feel valued and connected to the company. Leila’s previous experience involves both recruitment processes and employee engagement activities and she is excited to take this knowledge and apply it to her current role. Her goal at Norpro is to bring together passionate individuals and promote positive relationships between employees and the company.
