The Smart Serve Responsible Alcohol Beverage Sales & Service Training Program is the only responsible alcohol training program approved by the Alcohol and Gaming Commission of Ontario (AGCO).

Established in 1995, this program was designed to educate and raise awareness about responsible alcohol sales and service for Licensees and employees. As an industry leader, Smart Serve Ontario is committed to fostering a safer, healthier Ontario by supporting ongoing research and education in the tourism and hospitality sector.

Training is available online 24/7, preparing you to work in any setting where alcohol is sold, served, delivered, or sampled in Ontario. The course includes engaging videos, quizzes, text/audio content, interactive activities, and games to help you learn before taking the Final Certification Test online.

The program is fully translated into six languages: English, French, Chinese, Korean, Punjabi, and Spanish.
